*Gosh I was so moody yesterday and today I’m feeling totally different, anxious yet relaxed 😌lol! I’ve been making an effort to wake up early and get a few hours of computer work done first thing, and now that I’ve done that, the anxiety has diminished 😌 I don’t think you really truly figure out how to battle anxiety until your late 20s and it can then still be hard. But eliminate anxiety buy getting some easy tasks out of your way before you feel ready to tackle the hard ones. The success of accomplishing those easy tasks will give you some serious fuel!!
